<\/span><\/span><\/p>What you'll do<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n - Lead the technical design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and quality.
<\/li>\n - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
<\/li>\n - Conduct code reviews and establish technical standards to ensure high\-quality software delivery.
<\/li>\n - Make technical decisions and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
<\/li>\n - Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
<\/li>\n - Support delivery planning and oversee the implementation of technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
<\/li>\n - Contribute to automation initiatives and drive improvements in development processes where applicable.

<\/span><\/span><\/p>What we're looking for<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
<\/li>\n - Minimum <\/span>10 years<\/b> <\/span>of relevant experience in software development, with proven experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
<\/li>\n - Strong experience in software architecture design and technical solution development.
<\/li>\n - Hands\-on experience conducting code reviews and defining technical standards.
<\/li>\n - Proven ability to mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
<\/li>\n - Experience making technical decisions, managing technical risks, and driving delivery excellence.
<\/li>\n - Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
<\/li>\n - Strong English communication skills.
