Technical Lead, Network (Wireless Expert - CWNA/CWSP/CWAP/CWDP/CWNE under CWNP (Vendor Neutral Organization))

We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead, Network (Wireless Expert) to join our organization in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our wireless network infrastructure while mentoring a team of network engineers. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, ensuring network reliability, and staying at the forefront of wireless technology innovation to support our organization's growth and operational excellence.

  • Lead the design, implementation, migration, and support of enterprise wireless solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams during project delivery.
  • Prepare and review High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Method of Procedure (MOP), implementation plans, rollback plans, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Experience :

  • 10–12 years of experience in enterprise networking, with at least 6-7 years specializing in enterprise wireless technologies.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise wireless technologies (Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7), RF fundamentals, wireless architecture, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with wireless security, including WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, and Cisco ISE.
  • Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, including RSSI, SNR, CCI, ACI, channel planning, transmit power optimization, DFS, roaming, and wireless performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in wireless site surveys, RF optimization, capacity planning, and performance tuning using tools such as Ekahau.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for wireless client connectivity, roaming, authentication, RF interference, and controller-related issues.
  • Expertise in wireless scalability, redundancy, and high-availability (HA) architectures

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CWNA/CWSP/CWAP/CWDP/CWNE under CWNP (Vendor Neutral Organization)
  • CCIE in wireless ( Cisco )
  • ACMP/ACMX ( Aruba )
  • JNCIP-MistAI ( Juniper )
  • ACSE OmniAccess Stellar WLAN ( Alcatel )
  • HCIE-WLAN ( Huawei )
