Technical Lead
As a key contributor, you will analyze, design, and develop integrated software systems, translating customer requirements into actionable solutions. You will resolve complex technical issues through troubleshooting and collaborative problem-solving, while also guiding new team members in best practices. This role requires proficiency in Java and Python, with an emphasis on maintaining quality standards and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. You will play an essential part in product evolution by documenting changes and training support teams, all while fostering a cooperative environment that values diverse perspectives and effective communication.

- Analyze and resolve customer trouble tickets involving hardware and software issues.
- Develop, test, and document software and hardware improvements based on customer requirements.
- Provide informal guidance and support to new team members on procedures and tasks.
- Plan technical requirements and create controlled production releases for software and hardware.
- Define and document hardware/software evolutions, ensuring adherence to change control processes.
- Apply quality standards and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Retain technical knowledge on assigned products and deliver training to support teams.
- Contribute to the SW Care process, especially during emergency case handling for quick resolution.
Must-Have:
- Graduate or Masters in engineering with 1-4 years of relevant experience in Java, microservices and Python scripting.
- Experience in problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing complex issues.
- Experience in providing technical support and documentation.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience in automated testing and quality assurance processes.
Nice-To-Have:
- Knowledge in cloud and Kubernetes.
- Good exposure in telecom domain
