Technical Lead & Service Quality in-Charge – After Sales & Service

· Monitor Quality issues and updates on field vehicles (Software, Firmware & Hardware) · Remote monitoring and diagnosis of technical queries and issues of field vehicles using telematics <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
· Defect Identification of the field vehicles by coordinating with Customers, Service Engineers, Internal Technical Teams (will involve telephone conversations with customers, internal stake holders, vendors, etc)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
· Monitoring & approving of warranty issues of field vehicles based on the data prepared with the help of Internal Quality team, technical team, etc.,<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
· Collaborating with various stake holders such as service team, customers, quality team, production, RnD and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and early resolution of field vehicle issues <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
· Monitor and review quality procedures being followed at various service centers and prepare report · Prepare & issue remedial actions as bulletins, warranty guidelines etc for field<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
3\-5 years of experience in technical queries handling of Electric Two Wheelers <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
● Good communication skills and understanding of technical know\-hows, telematics, quality, warranty & service processes <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
● Strong understanding EV two wheeler motorcycle working, technical issues pertaining to electrical, electronics, mechanics of EV motorcycle<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
● Workable knowledge on usage of telematics (Grafana, Molotov, Houston, etc), excel, quality procedures, Other Microsoft Applications/ software<\/span><\/span><\/span>
