Technical Manager ($5000-6500 depending on experience)

The Position

The Technical Manager is responsible to build and maintain an important relationship with our key opinion leaders and other customers; and provides technical services to them as well as support and train Sales Executive in their technical knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports the sales and marketing team in terms of technical aspects during their visit to customers
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Works with the sales and marketing team in managing and solving escalated technical issues.
• Supports product launch process in collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Provides in-depth technical training and consultation regarding product(s)/disease area(s) to colleagues and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine or Life Sciences
• Broad knowledge on companion animal health
• Capable of managing a substantial amount of scientific information
• Strong business mindset
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Flexibility, open to change, adapts to the changing situations
• Strong analytical ability
• Good listening skills, strong communicator
• Self-supporting, takes initiative, autonomous
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
