Technical Manager

• Supervise and lead a team of engineers in delivering presales consultation and implementing networking and cybersecurity solutions

• Plan and allocate technical manpower efficiently to support project delivery within scheduled timelines

• Prepare and present comprehensive system proposals, technical specifications, and documentation for turnkey projects and tender submission

• Administer and maintain internal IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance, availability, and security compliance

• Coordinate closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to support seamless project execution and service delivery

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent

  CCNA certification or equivalent or higher

• Min 6 years experience in networking and security projects implementation and coordination

• Min 5 years experience managing a team

• Experience designing, managing, and implementing multi-vendor network and system architectures including LAN L2/L3 switches, firewalls, wireless products, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS & AAA servers, Windows/Linux/UNIX OS environments, NMS, patch management, and SIEM is an advantage

• Experience in cybersecurity applications such as DLP, data backup, endpoint security, antivirus, EDR, HSM, and KMS is an advantage

• Working Location: Ubi

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)

• Salary: Up to $8500
