Technical Manager

Job Summary

Proficiently produce and manage architectural layout plans, tender drawings, and construction phase BIM updates using AutoCAD and REVIT. Coordinate submissions for authority approvals and maintain drafting standards to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Use Autodesk AutoCAD and REVIT to produce detailed layout plans, sections, and design documentation packages at various project stages
• Manage and prepare comprehensive tender drawings to support project bidding processes
• Update and control construction phase drawings and BIM models to reflect ongoing project changes
• Coordinate preparation and submission of forms, drawings, and information to authorities for approval, including performing floor area calculations and applying required color coding on submission drawings
• Interpret architect sketches and perform CAD manual drafting to translate design concepts into technical drawings
• Maintain and control drafting and documentation templates to ensure compliance with office ISO standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations
