About the Role
At BJAK, Product Managers don't just ship features—they build products that redefine how millions of people interact with financial services through AI.
As a Technical Product Manager, you'll own products at the core of our AI ecosystem, turning complex technical capabilities into seamless customer experiences. You'll work alongside world-class engineers, AI researchers, and designers to solve problems at scale, balancing customer obsession, technical excellence, and business impact.
This is a role for builders who thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and enjoy making difficult product decisions with real ownership.
Mission
Own the Product: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product, making decisions that balance customer needs, business impact, and technical excellence.
Build AI-First Products: Partner with Engineering, AI, and Design to turn cutting-edge technology into simple, intuitive products customers love.
Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to prioritize, validate, and continuously improve your product.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Align Engineering, AI, Design, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deliver high-quality products quickly and effectively.
Build for Global Scale: Design products that can scale across markets, users, and technologies while maintaining speed, quality, and reliability.

What You Bring
5+ years of Product Management experience building products in a top-tier technology company, AI company, or high-growth fintech.
A proven track record of shipping products end-to-end, from strategy and discovery to launch and scale.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to work closely with Engineering and understand technical trade-offs.
Excellent product judgment, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
A data-driven mindset, using analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders.
