Technical Product Owner_Integration Ecosystem

Location: Bangalore, India

Opportunity: Get Well is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to own the technical delivery of the integration and ecosystem layer—interoperability and EHR connectivity, reusable platform APIs, IoT smart devices, multi-tenancy, and platform security—that the rest of the portfolio depends on. In this role, you will be central to executing the roadmap, owning backlog, sprint execution, and engineering coordination. You will collaborate closely with the US Product Manager of Internal Tooling and Support and report into India product leadership / India PM, ensuring that Get Well's integration infrastructure scales and excels in the health-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interoperability & EHR: Own the integration connector library, backend validation, and HL7/FHIR compliance.
  • API Library & Contracts: Govern reusable platform APIs and secure contracts for external vendors.
  • IoT Smart Devices: Architect high-throughput IoT streams, MQTT queues, and telemetry innovations.
  • Infrastructure Management: Co-own hardware heartbeats, connection-health monitoring, and secure registration keys.
  • Multi-Tenancy & Security: Enforce database isolation, OAuth/OIDC identity federation, and HIPAA security auditing.
  • Integration Analytics: Own dashboards tracking API volumes, MQTT success rates, and EMR sync latency.
  • Cross-Functional Ownership: Co-own shared responsibilities including offline resiliency, performance & latency, SDLC release alignment, payload validation, tenant onboarding, and graceful failover UX.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years as a PO / technical PO with integration or platform delivery.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong familiarity with HL7/FHIR and EHR integration. Experience with API design, governance, Agile backlog ownership, and an awareness of security and multi-tenancy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare interoperability (HL7/FHIR, Epic/Cerner) experience.
  • IoT, MQTT, or device telemetry experience.
  • Experience with OAuth/OIDC identity federation.
  • Exposure to HIPAA security auditing.
