Job Title: Technical Product & QA Intern (Hybrid, Singapore)

We are looking for a hands-on and curious Technical Product & QA Intern to support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and client onboarding for our AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

• QA & Product Testing
• Deployment & Technical Support
• Provide client support during onboarding and early-stage product usage
• Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently
• Security & Reliability Checks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and learning new tools quickly
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic understanding of APIs, networking, Linux, or Windows troubleshooting is a plus
• Interest in AI, LLMs, and automation tools
