Technical Professional - Manufacturing (MEIE)

Job Duties:

Under general supervision, assists in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
Prepares design calculations and specifications.
Develops test procedures, conducts tests and completes test result analysis for assigned projects.
Assists in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services.
Incorporates Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the design process.

Key Responsibilities

Support product design, engineering changes, and technical improvement activities to meet business and customer requirements.
Develop, review, and validate product designs, drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
Lead or support product testing, validation, qualification, and troubleshooting activities.
Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure smooth product introduction and production support.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product reliability, manufacturability, quality, and cost optimization.
Conduct technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product or process-related issues.
Support compliance with internal engineering standards, industry specifications, and customer requirements.
Participate in project planning, product transfer, and sustaining manufacturing engineering activities.

Requirement:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or product development environment.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, automation, electronics, or mechanical product environments preferred.
