Technical Program Manager – Charging Infrastructure

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Define and manage\nend\-to\-end program plans for charging infrastructure development including home\ncharger units, fast chargers, and charging ecosystem integrations.<\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Coordinate with hardware,\nfirmware, power electronics, and UI/UX teams to ensure seamless delivery of\ncharging system features.<\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Manage supplier and partner\nengagements for charging hardware components, ensuring milestone adherence and\nquality compliance.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Drive interoperability\ntesting programs across charging standards (CCS, CHAdeMO, BIS standards) and\nensure regulatory compliance.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Track DVT/PVT activities\nfor charging hardware and manage field trial programs in coordination with the\nproduct and customer teams.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Identify program risks\nrelated to component availability, certification timelines, and infrastructure\nrollout schedules; drive mitigations.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Serve as the primary\ncross\-functional liaison between charging infrastructure engineering and\ncommercial, operations, and service teams.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Prepare detailed program\ntrackers, status dashboards, and executive presentations on charging program\nhealth.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Support ecosystem partner\nprograms (CPOs, fleet partners) by coordinating technical integration timelines\nand compatibility testing.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>6+ years of experience in\nprogram/project management, ideally in EV charging, power systems, or\nautomotive electronics.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Technical understanding of\nEV charging architecture \u2014 AC/DC charging, charging protocols (IEC 61851, ISO\n15118, OCPP), and power conversion systems.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Experience managing\nprograms involving hardware development, regulatory certification, and field\ndeployment.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Familiarity with Indian EV\ncharging standards (BIS/AIS norms) and a working knowledge of global charging\nstandards.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Demonstrated ability to\nmanage complex stakeholder ecosystems including internal teams, vendors, and\nexternal partners.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Proficiency in program\nmanagement tools and strong analytical capabilities.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>B.E./B.Tech in Electrical,\nElectronics, or related engineering discipline required.<\/span>
