Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Engineering (AI)

We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

To support the continued scaling of our Enterprise Engineering function and the rollout of AI across the business, this role leads the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programmes. The Technical Program Manager drives AI-oriented initiatives end-to-end — from GenAI enablement to the security and AI observability foundations that make these capabilities safe, measurable, and sustainable at scale. The role collaborates across Enterprise Engineering, Security, Data, and business stakeholders, partnering with other TPMs to align technical execution with strategic intent.

What the role involves

  • Drive enterprise AI programmes end-to-end — GenAI tooling rollout, internal copilots and agents, AI fluency and enablement, and the security and observability foundations underpinning them
  • Partner with Enterprise Engineering leadership on strategy and enablement, turning AI ambitions into a sequenced, fundable, and measurable roadmap
  • Enhance key processes including status reporting, task tracking, and requirements gathering to improve stakeholder communication and priority alignment
  • Balance immediate business needs with long-term programme sustainability, simplifying delivery management whilst maintaining accountability
  • Improve communication by reducing noise, increasing cross-team awareness, and ensuring effective information sharing
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide a fresh perspective on delivery, including surfacing what isn't working
  • Stay across cross-cutting initiatives in AI and foster organisational growth by promoting good practices
  • Collaborate and align regularly with other TPMs across Enterprise Engineering to ensure consistency in approach and broader performance impact

What we are looking for

  • Experience in Programme or Project Management
  • Working familiarity with the GenAI landscape — LLMs, copilots, agents, evaluation, and responsible AI — with comfort owning programmes in fast-evolving technical domains
  • Understanding of enterprise security and observability foundations, with the ability to drive programmes that incorporate these by design
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and track progress across multiple teams, vendors, and parallel workstreams
  • Ability to identify differing stakeholder needs and evaluate, communicate, and mitigate technical, delivery, and adoption risks
  • Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Clear and effective communication with engineering leaders, security and compliance partners, and senior business stakeholders
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle

What we offer

  • Medical / Health Insurance
  • Open Annual Leave
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Training & Learning Development

Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
