Technical Program Manager, iPad

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Manufacturing/Process Engineer to act as the critical bridge between our engineering design teams and global manufacturing vendors. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the manufacturing lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness to mass production sustaining. You will drive product solutions, optimize assembly and testing processes, and lead deep-dive failure analysis to ensure strict yield and quality goals are met. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about establishing global manufacturing standards, improving line efficiency, and solving complex technical hot issues. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in EE or ME. Understand precise assembly processes, such as electrically conductive adhesive or glue applications. Good spoken and written English with proficient Mandarin. Preferred Qualifications Testing background or mechanical working experience is preferable. Familiar with mobile devices' knowledge is preferable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with capability to work independently and under pressure. Highly motivated and able to drive issues across cultures Excellent problem solver, using structured problem solving methodology to assign root cause, plus develop and implement corrective and preventative actions. Knowledge of AI or ML adapt to manufacturing is a plus.
