Technical Program Manager - Irving
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support large multi-year programs focused on modernizing and consolidating retail banking platforms.
This role requires a hands-on program manager who can operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive cross-team coordination across large enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end program execution for transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategy.
- Break down large initiatives into manageable modules, releases, and milestones.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate across engineering teams, business stakeholders, business analysts, and product teams.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple programs.
Program Delivery
- Track delivery progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure teams remain aligned to program timelines and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and present weekly program updates to business and leadership stakeholders.
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly and effectively.
Problem Solving
- Operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Identify gaps in requirements or execution and drive resolution across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Program / Project Management roles
- Proven experience managing large enterprise technology programs
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Good to have experience working with core banking systems or banking platforms
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
