What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee execution of cyber intelligence and analytical operations, ensuring alignment with mission priorities and program objectives
  • Direct all-source cyber analysis efforts, including data collection, fusion, and production of intelligence supporting investigations and operations
  • Manage delivery of intelligence products, including analytic reports, operational lead reports, and threat assessments
  • Ensure integration of multiple data sources and intelligence disciplines to produce actionable, mission-relevant insights
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all analytical outputs
  • Manage team performance, workload distribution, and resource allocation to meet mission requirements
  • Coordinate across technical, analytic, and operational teams to align execution with program goals
  • Lead knowledge management efforts, ensuring documentation, accessibility, and effective use of analytic data and processes
  • Guide development and refinement of analytic methodologies, workflows, and reporting processes
  • Facilitate collaboration with mission partners through working groups, exchanges, and joint analysis efforts
  • Support external engagement activities, including briefings, technical exchanges, and interagency coordination
  • Provide surge support to cyber operations, responding to emerging requirements and high-tempo mission demands
  • Monitor program performance, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards
  • Serve as the primary interface to senior stakeholders, providing updates, insights, and recommendations
  • What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

  • Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility
  • Minimum of seven years of experience within the last ten years leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements
  • Minimum of seven years of experience within the last ten years supporting intelligence-related activities across government, industry, or academic environments, including intelligence collection, policy, and intelligence systems and capabilities
  • Minimum of seven years of experience applying intelligence analysis principles and methodologies, including the use of multiple intelligence disciplines such as HUMINT and SIGINT
  • Minimum of five years of experience developing methodologies to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations
  • Minimum of five years of experience producing analytical reports, including serialized intelligence products and operational cyber threat reporting
  • Minimum of five years of project management experience, including managing scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and delivery performance
  • Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience supporting cyber investigations, intelligence operations, or multi-agency analytic environments
  • Experience leading or contributing to all-source cyber analysis in high-tempo or surge-driven mission environments
  • Familiarity with intelligence production standards, reporting formats, and dissemination processes
  • Experience briefing senior stakeholders and translating technical findings into actionable insights
  • Experience supporting knowledge management, data integration, or analytic workflow optimization
  • GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) certification
  • CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst+) certification
