Job Summary

Spry Methods is seeking a Technical Program Manager to provide leadership, operational oversight, and supervisory management of an advanced cyber intelligence and information sharing mission.

This role directs execution of all-source cyber intelligence analysis, threat reporting, and partner collaboration activities in support of protecting critical national infrastructure and operational environments. The position ensures delivery of timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence products while aligning analytic outputs to mission priorities and operational objectives.

The Task Lead serves as the primary interface with senior stakeholders and is accountable for the quality, efficiency, and execution of all analytical operations and deliverables.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight of cyber intelligence operations, ensuring high-quality, mission-relevant analytical outputs.
  • Lead and manage a team of analysts conducting threat intelligence, incident analysis, and reporting on cyber threats.
  • Direct the collection, integration, and analysis of intelligence from multiple sources, including open-source, classified, malware, and network data.
  • Oversee production and dissemination of intelligence products, including recurring and event-driven reporting on threats, vulnerabilities, and adversary activity.
  • Manage the lifecycle of indicators of compromise (IOCs), including collection, validation, enrichment, and dissemination
  • Guide development of in-depth threat reporting, including vulnerability analysis, threat actor assessments, and mitigation recommendations.
  • Provide analytical support during cyber incidents, including threat identification, impact analysis, and development of actionable intelligence outputs.
  • Facilitate collaboration with mission partners through working groups, exchanges, and coordinated analysis efforts.
  • Oversee trend analysis, threat reporting, and compliance reporting to meet program requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to analytic tradecraft standards, quality assurance processes, and reporting timelines.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison to senior leadership, delivering briefings, status updates, and recommendations.
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including partner coordination and interagency communication efforts
  • Lead continuous process improvement efforts to enhance analytic workflows, tool utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Support overall program execution, including performance monitoring, reporting, and coordination with leadership.
  • What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

  • Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years, Master's degree plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years of relevant DoD/Federal program leadership experience.
  • Experience leading technical efforts supporting all-source cyber intelligence analysis and reporting
  • Experience supervising analytic teams in mission-driven environments
  • Experience with cyber threat intelligence methodologies, including malware analysis, file-based investigation, and indicator analysis
  • Strong understanding of intelligence processes, including open-source and classified collection, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor analysis
  • Experience analyzing network activity and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior stakeholders
  • Security+ CE (CompTIA) minimum 8140 baseline
  • Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • PMP certification
  • Familiarity with collaborative information sharing environments and partner-driven intelligence exchange models
  • Experience working with threat intelligence platforms, analytic tools, and data aggregation technologies
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance standards, and reporting requirements
  • Experience developing or contributing to cyber threat reporting, trend analysis, or intelligence products
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including briefings, working groups, or partner coordination
  • Experience mentoring analysts or contributing to team development and analytic tradecraft improvement
