Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are seeking an experienced Technical\nProgram Manager to lead large\-scale, cross\-functional cloud and platform\nprograms across our enterprise SaaS environment. This role will drive\nend\-to\-end execution of complex infrastructure and application initiatives,\npartnering with Cloud Operations, DevOps, Engineering, Product, Customer\nSuccess, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, operational\nexcellence, and strong customer outcomes.<\/span>

The ideal candidate is a hands\-on program\nleader with strong technical depth in cloud platforms, demonstrated experience\nmanaging high\-impact multi\-track programs, and the ability to communicate\neffectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.<\/span>

  • Own end\-to\-end delivery of\n complex cloud, infrastructure, and platform programs.<\/span>

      • Develop and maintain detailed\n program plans, timelines, resource models, and delivery schedules.<\/span>

      • Manage sprint planning, release\n milestones, deployment windows, environment sequencing, and cutover plans.<\/span>

      • Coordinate release readiness,\n go/no\-go reviews, hypercare planning, and transition to steady\-state\n operations.<\/span>

      • Drive post\-implementation\n reviews and continuous improvement actions.<\/span>

        • Identify program risks early and drive mitigation\n strategies to reduce delivery, operational, and customer impact.<\/span>

                Required\nQualifications<\/span>

                • 8\u201312 years of experience in\n Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Cloud\n Operations, DevOps, or a related technical delivery role.<\/span>

                • Proven experience managing\n large\-scale cloud, infrastructure, platform, or enterprise SaaS programs.<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Strong understanding of cloud\n platforms, preferably AWS, including compute, storage, networking,\n identity and access management, and deployment patterns.<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Experience coordinating\n complex, multi\-team, multi\-environment programs with strict timelines and\n dependencies.<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Strong knowledge of DevOps\n delivery practices, release management, deployment governance, and\n operational readiness.<\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Excellent executive\n communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and escalation\n management skills.<\/span>
