Technical Project Manager – Data Centre Cooling

KoolLogix Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based technology company specializing in advanced data centre cooling and thermal management solutions. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Project Manager to support our growing projects across Singapore and the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end project execution for data centre cooling and thermal management projects

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

· Monitor project schedules, site progress, project documentation, and deliverables

· Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements

· Support technical discussions, troubleshooting, commissioning, and site coordination

· Manage project risks, variation orders, and timeline control

· Ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction

· Support regional projects and occasional overseas travel when required

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

· ACMV / HVAC systems

· Data centre cooling

· Thermal management systems

· M&E or mission-critical infrastructure projects

· Able to understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications

· Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable working in both office and site environments
