Requirements<\/h3>- Manage multiple software projects from discovery to deployment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Serve\n as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams,\n and third\-party vendors.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Translate business requirements into technical architectures,\n including AI/LLM\-driven solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Contribute\n to presales activities: discovery sessions, effort\n estimation, and technical proposals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Lead Agile/Scrum\n ceremonies and manage project timelines, resource planning,\n and documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Drive sprint\n planning, task estimation, and retrospectives while\n enforcing SDLC best practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Review code, design documents, and guide teams on software\n architecture.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Stay\n up to date with emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML, LLMs (e.g., GPT\-4, Claude, LangChain), and DevOps.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure\n proper implementation of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices,\n and secure deployments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Identify\n and manage project risks, ensuring scope, budget, and deadlines are\n maintained.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Mentor\n team members, conduct performance reviews, and deliver technical\n training.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>- Deep\n understanding of software design patterns, object\-oriented\n programming, and architectural models (Monolithic, N\-tier, Microservices).

<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience\n with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Familiarity\n with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, and\n containerization via Docker/Kubernetes.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Exposure\n to AI/LLM tools, such as AI APIs, prompt engineering,\n etc.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Familiarity\n with AI\-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, or similar AI\-assisted development environments for enhancing productivity, code completion, refactoring, and\n documentation.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience\n with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL\n databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop).
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Understanding\n of enterprise messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ,\n or MuleSoft.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Scripting and <\/span><\/span>DevOps\nautomation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> experience is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div>- 10+\n years in software development, with 3\u20135 years in a technical\n project management role.

<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Managed cross\-functional teams (15\u201320 engineers) across offshore and\n global delivery models.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong\n capabilities in project documentation, effort estimation,\n and client communication.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Comfortable\n leading client\-facing discussions, including daily stand\-ups with international stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
