Key Responsibilities

  • Technically leads deployment and set up of Actionable Insights Accelerator (AIx) and Wafer Results Analytics (WRA) servers at customer sites and internal labs.
  • Provides onsite and remote technical support of AIx and WRA servers SW/HW during initial installation & regular server maintenance and during the manufacturing/testing process.
  • Provides technical support to team members in other geographical areas.
  • Provides technical support for remote connectivity installations and troubleshooting for semiconductor manufacturing tools, AIx, and WRA.

Leadership

  • Demonstrates leadership skills within own team and local Account Teams
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers on AIx and WRA server HW/SW & networking issues
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

Business Expertise

  • Field Operation experience is required. Must have a good understanding of our customers operational models and the AGU service business
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Functional Knowledge

  • Requires proficiency in software scripting and the ability to build and deploy enterprise-class Microsoft Windows and Linux server infrastructures.
  • Utilizes all of the AIx and WRA reporting functions and has a high level knowledge of AIX and WRA server applications
  • Expertise across at least one business unit and understanding of customers High Value Problems
  • Experience in high volume 300mm and PDC tool experience preferred
  • Minimum 5-years of hardware/software experience

Problem Solving

  • Utilizes AIx and WRA server HW/SW and networking skills to solve complex problems
  • Ability to work with other tool/process experts to fill any gaps in technical knowledge
  • Takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Impact

  • Deploys and maintains AIx and WRA server HW/SW specifically targeted at service contract KPI’s
  • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies

Interpersonal Skills

  • Explains difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline preferred
