Cross-Program & Cross-Competency Collaboration
- Drive cross-pollination of QA practices, assets, and learning across multiple programs, products, and lines of business within the account.
- Leverage platform and competency SMEs (Automation, Performance, Data, Cloud, Accessibility, etc.) to build integrated, reusable solutions that can be applied across initiatives.
- Promote standardization, reusability, and shared frameworks to increase speed, consistency, and quality across teams and projects.
- Facilitate communities of practice and knowledge-sharing sessions across account teams to continuously elevate QA maturity.
Project Oversight & Delivery Excellence
