Technical Recruiter (EMEA)

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across the EMEA region. You will work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support recruitment initiatives for specialized and professional positions while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
· Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates across the EMEA region using a variety of recruitment channels.
· Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
· Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
· Develop and manage candidate databases for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
· Present qualified candidates to hiring teams, providing detailed evaluations and recommendations.
· Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning needs, and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
· Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, IT, supply chain, project management, or finance-related roles.
· Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for professional or specialized positions.
· Strong candidate engagement, interviewing, and assessment skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Hands-on experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
· Recruitment experience within life sciences, clinical research, healthcare, engineering, or other technical industries.
· Experience supporting EMEA or international recruitment markets.
· Knowledge of talent mapping, market research, and proactive pipeline-building strategies.
