Technical Recruiter

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support the hiring needs of technology-focused clients across India and international markets. In this fully remote contract role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing specialized technical talent to coordinating hiring and onboarding processes. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, build effective talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Accountabilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, evaluate technical and professional qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment guidance throughout the selection process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs across multiple markets.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market visibility and attract high-quality candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring performance, and recommend improvements to sourcing and selection strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure efficient use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with experience hiring for India, the United States, and Canada markets preferred.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and current recruitment best practices.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while effectively managing multiple hiring priorities.
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
- Verifiable professional work experience is required.
- Experience recruiting for niche technical roles, knowledge of technical interviewing techniques, or HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Fully remote contract opportunity based in India.
- Competitive annual compensation ranging from ₹2.5 to ₹6 Lakhs, based on experience and qualifications.
