Technical Sales Engineer - Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose technical issues and clearly communicate recommended solutions to customers.
- Promote and sell technical products or services while expanding the customer base.
- Develop new business relationships and respond to technical inquiries from clients.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase how the solutions meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely solution delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their technical needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Develop and manage retail market booths for general trade and modern trade in the Kalimantan area.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the technical team to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with experience in retail distribution; familiarity with building materials is an advantage.
- Technical & Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain product features, provide clear technical guidance, and perform effective troubleshooting, supported by good English communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, highly motivated, resilient, responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Work Location & Mobility: Willing to be based in Banjarmasin and to travel, including undertaking temporary assignments in Balikpapan, Samarinda, and Palangkaraya.
