Technical Sales Engineer (Waterproofing / Protective Coating Systems)

Monday – Friday9am to 6pm

Location: Kent Ridge / Science Park

Specializing in waterproofing, roofing, flooring and protective coating systems for the construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote waterproofing, roofing, flooring and protective coating systems to contractors, consultants, applicators and project stakeholders
• Develop new business opportunities and manage project pipelines within the construction industry
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and site visits
• Provide technical support and product recommendations based on project requirements
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and building owners
• Follow up on specifications, quotations, tenders and project progress
• Monitor market activities and identify new project opportunities
• Conduct product training sessions for customers and applicators

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales of roofing systems, flooring systems, waterproofing systems, protective coating systems, building envelope products or construction chemicals
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, applicators or project stakeholders
• Able to conduct site visits and product demonstrations
• Possess Class 3 driving licence
• Candidates from protective coating, roofing, flooring, waterproofing or external building envelope industries are highly preferred
