In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer partnerships, and driving sales growth within the precision grinding and industrial applications space. You will combine technical understanding with consultative selling to support customers in selecting and implementing optimized solutions. Working closely with internal experts across engineering, R&D, and production, you will help align customer needs with tailored technical offerings. The role is highly field-oriented, involving frequent travel and direct engagement with industrial clients across regional and international markets. This position offers a strong balance of autonomy, technical depth, and commercial impact within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively engaging industrial customers in target markets and generating qualified sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and long-term partnership development.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings to promote solutions and generate pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including application engineers, R&D, production, and sales teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring successful adoption and performance of precision grinding solutions.
  • Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of technical solutions by aligning customer requirements with internal capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, document customer interactions, success stories, and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Share market knowledge, customer feedback, and best practices across internal teams to strengthen overall sales performance.
  • Requirements

    • Experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
    • Strong technical understanding of industrial processes, ideally related to precision grinding, surface finishing, or similar applications.
    • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in complex technical markets.
    • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear customer value.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
    • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and production teams.
    • Willingness to travel frequently across regional and international markets.
