Job Summary
Lead OEM certification and co-development of lubricant products by collaborating cross-functionally and providing technical support to international markets. Drive product compliance, resolve technical issues, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication with OEM partners on technical, product, and certification requirements.
- Lead OEM certification and approval processes to ensure compliance with OEM standards and successful product accreditation.
- Support the co-development of lubricant products in collaboration with OEMs, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, distributors, and overseas markets to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor products to recommend suitable lubricant solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition, retention, and business development activities.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and translate technical documents, reports, product information, and customer-facing materials.
- Support additional technical service, OEM development, and sales-related activities as assigned to meet business objectives.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the lubricant industry, preferably in OEM support and certification
- Familiarity with OEM certification processes and product co-development
- Ability to manage multiple OEM projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
