Technical Strategy Project Coordination
Objective of job
Coordinate end-to-end strategic project delivery, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, and provide actionable technology market intelligence to support executive decisions and partner collaborations.
1. Strategic Project Management
‑ Facilitate the execution of strategic projects from start to finish. Participate in developing project frameworks, scope and timelines. Oversee day-to-day project risks and issues, and report progress and difficulties periodically.
‑ Engage and communicate with external parties including suppliers and tech providers for project collaboration.
‑ Manage stakeholders, identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders. Understand their needs, expectations, and concerns. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates and soliciting feedback.
‑ Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.
2. Technology scouting
‑ Scout MB.OS related technology market for strategic discission
‑ Coordinate & plan technology partner Executive level company visit from MB
‑ Maintain daily and communication working relationship with key technology partners
3. Technical Stategy function support
‑ Provide support for initial phase function setup operation
‑ Support internal budget planning, minitoriing & exection
‑ Support internal purchase process
‑ Ensure internal department compliance / auditing interface and coordination
