<\/p>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure overall plant projects & maintenance activities of Electromechanical equipment, Transformers, HT & LT lines, HT & LT panels, DG\u2019s, UPS, HVAC system, WTP, STP, Firefighting system etc. and achieved 99.99% uptime.<\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Liaison works with Govt. Agencies viz, PCB, BESCOM, CEIG, BWSSB, etc.<\/span>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Preparation of transition checklist for all MEP.<\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>HOTO Preparation and execution according to the standard check list prepared as per site requirement.<\/span>
<\/p>

5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Snagging & De\-snagging of Complete MEP System in the property as per the site\-specific standards.<\/span>
<\/p>

6. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Preparation and implementation of 52 weeks preventive planned maintenance scheduleFor every electro\-mechanical equipment/system.<\/span>
<\/p>

7. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow up with the AMC vendor to attend the breakdown as per the contract SLA.<\/span>
<\/p>

8. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>CCTV.ACCESS CONTROLS Systems Maintenance.<\/span>
<\/p>

9. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordination with the client and the vendor for the renewal of AMC.<\/span>
<\/p>

10. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Preparation and implementation of 52 weeks planner.<\/span>
<\/p>

11. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitoring the scheduled preventive maintenance services by the AMC vendor of all the Equipment\u2019s under AMC as per the agreement<\/span>
