<\/h3>Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>Supervise daily site activities related to <\/span>HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing works<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Ensure installation is carried out as per <\/span>approved shop drawings and technical specifications<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other site teams for smooth execution.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct <\/span>site inspections, quality checks, and testing & commissioning activities<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Identify technical issues and propose corrective actions.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure <\/span>compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Maintain <\/span>daily progress reports and site records<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Assist in <\/span>material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control<\/b>.
