Requirements:

  • High School graduated (required)
  • Advanced english skills

Experiencie:

  • 1 year of experience as Service Desk, Helpdesk and/or troubleshooting to software and hardware.
  • Experience with tools like Teamviewer.

Functions:

  • Gives helpdesk support to users on USA.

Job location:

  • Downtown area in Guadalajara.
  • To work part-time from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on weekends, with 2 days off.
