Job Description

We are looking for a Product Support Engineers with previous experience in handling International Clients- (APAC, EMEA and NAM )- B2B

What we appreciate :

  • Assists users through Phone, Chat, Email, or tickets raised via Portal or from the Websites.

  • Log, validate and diagnose user issues, on the full range of products and applications used.

  • Provide user with a solution through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting and problem research, or route or escalate the user to the appropriate resolution group.

  • Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skill.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in International Voice, Email and Chat Support

  • Should be flexible working in Shifts.

  • Willingness to Work on 24/5 rotational shifts.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills and Passion for Customer Service

  • B2B experience is mandatory.

  • Should have basic knowledge in multiple Platforms, Windows, MAC, iOS, Android etc.- Not Mandatory

  • Experience in Zendesk/Salesforce, HubSpot added advantage.
