Atlanta\nSystems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support\nEngineer \u2013 Trainee to join our Delhi team. This role offers hands\-on experience\nin IoT devices, technical troubleshooting, and customer support, making it an\nexcellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in\ntechnical support and electronics systems.<\/span><\/span><\/b>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Provide technical support\n for IoT devices, including installation and configuration<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot hardware and\n software issues related to GPS and IoT devices<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Handle inbound customer\n queries and ensure timely resolution<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Perform device testing,\n diagnostics, and quality checks<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Assist with SIM\n activation and connectivity\-related tasks<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain records of\n issues, resolutions, and daily activities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with R&D\n and service teams for complex technical issues<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Guide customers on\n product usage and platform features<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Required\nSkills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Strong understanding of\n basic electronics and communication concepts<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Knowledge of\n microcontrollers and embedded systems (basic level)<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with\n communication protocols such as UART, I2C, and SPI (preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Basic proficiency in MS\n Excel and documentation<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Good analytical and\n problem\-solving skills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Effective communication\n and teamwork abilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
