Job Responsibilities :

Technical Support Intern responsible for handling internal and external support cases, performing troubleshooting, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve response quality, efficiency, and issue resolution in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage alerts on Slack and AWS dashboards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve daily issues.
  • Gain exposure to AWS services such as CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization, and containerization.

AI-Assisted Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AI-assisted tools for investigation, knowledge analysis, and log analysis to support troubleshooting and case investigation.
  • Leverage AI-generated insights to improve response quality and reduce resolution time.
  • Contribute to refining prompts and workflows for AI tools used by the Technical Support team.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential for this role, ensuring effective support for global merchants and resellers, including partners in China who prefer communication in their local language.
  • Basic knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core MVC), Entity Framework Core/LINQ, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Some familiarity with API design (Web API/RESTful) and SDKs.
  • Basic understanding of AWS services (CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization, and containerization).
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools used for troubleshooting, investigation, or workflow support.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance before applying them.
