TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account management.
  • Technical assistance; computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Daily performance of computer systems.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs.
  • Follow-up to ensure issue is resolved properly.
  • Compile information and prepare reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field desired

EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, Networking concepts, and TCP/IP.
  • Windows 10 & XP operation, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Hardware/software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

*Experience in a physician office setting is preferable. *
