Technical Trainer – Electric Vehicles (EV)

Design and deliver technical training programs focused on EV systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures to dealership staff and internal teams.
Conduct hands\-on training and assessments at training centres and dealership locations. Support dealers with on\-ground technical issue resolution and act as the first point of escalation for field technical concerns.
Prepare training content, service bulletins, diagnostic trees, and troubleshooting guides aligned with the latest EV technology.
<\/span><\/span>Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Quality teams for product feedback and service improvement initiatives.
Track and monitor dealer technician competency and suggest development plans accordingly.
Ensure training materials are updated with the latest technical revisions and product changes.
