TECHNICIAN 2, MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

The Technician is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role requires hands-on technical skills, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Assist in equipment installation and calibration.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production impact.

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in equipment maintenance or technical support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
