Technician

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

• Expectations:
  • Able to complete testing and file results with minimal oversight
  • Solid knowledge of PCs, Consoles, Smart devices, and their various components
  • Able to trouble shoot across multiple platforms, Windows, MacOS, Android iOS
  • Proficient in Python for test automation
  • Building test benchs for test automation
• Responsible for:
  • Support QA testing for SW and FW of Elgato products
  • Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered

Record testing data and analyze results, and support the filing all issues and concerns in bug tracking SW

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Active Studies in the field: Automation, Informatics, Tele-communication or similar
• Experience in testing or automation is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English (intermediate level)
• Self-starter with minimal need for oversight
• Hands-on mentality and able to think outside the box.
• Team work is a must
