Technician

Responsibilities

• Responsible for running and monitoring machines to ensure continuous production.
• Handle first-level troubleshooting and repairs, while escalating major issues to your supervisor when necessary.
• Involves conducting quality checks by taking samples, measuring output, and making adjustments whenever results fall outside required standards.
• Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance to keep the workplace safe and efficient.
• Document any problems that arise and provide reports to support accurate communication and process improvement

Requirements

• Certificate in technical education (NTC-2/3 or NITEC, or equivalent).
• Some prior work experience is helpful, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.
• Experience in cleanroom environments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

> 1-year Contract (renewable)
> Shift allowances:
· Day $6.50
· Night: $15.50
> Meal allowances: $3.00
> Bonuses:
· Completion bonus
· Quarterly bonus
> Potential conversion to permanent employment

Working Hours

3 / 4 days work week

12-hour shifts schedule:

· Day shift: 8.00am to 8.15pm

· Night shift: 8.00pm to 8.15am
