TECHNICIAN

Operating construction machinery such as forklifts and bulldozers, in addition to performing manual labor tasks such as digging holes and laying concrete
Preparing work site by clearing debris and maintaining site safety
Installing windows, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures according to specifications provided by contractors or architects
Guiding the construction crew in day-to-day activities
Coordinating with vendors, civil foreman, and construction crew
Handling live issues at the construction site
Mentoring and training new staff on use of construction equipments
