Technician

• Engage in the installation, repair and maintenance ofvarioustechnology-base equipment.

• Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to ensurethetechnical equipment operates at its optimal performance.

• Provide on-site assistance with hardware and software useandaddress and resolve technical issues faced by clients or customers.

• Carry out diagnostic tests and analyses to identify therootsof technical issues.

• Liaise with team members and communicate with stakeholdersinlayman's terms to assess needs and system requirements.

• Record and document instances of hardware failure,repair,installation and removal.

• Stay up to date with technical developments andadvancementsin allied fields.
