Technicien assurance qualité H/F
The Quality Assistant is supporting the ASC Toulouse quality manager for the hereafter mentioned quality assurance activities to guarantee the application of the Global Aerospace Quality Policy within the ASC Toulouse and introduce a performance-oriented approach to quality, while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and normative obligations related to quality, included ISO 9001, EN9100, EN9210, and NADCAP AC7200/2 standards.
Success Factors – Prime Success Factors (focus on results, drive change, promote teamwork, build trust & respect, understand market & customer perspective) plus the following:
- Ensure that the processes necessary for the ASC Toulouse Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained,
- Ensure that the Global Aerospace Quality Policy is understood and respected by all departments,
- Participate in the monitoring of Leading QMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
- Lead Quality Induction training sessions relevant to each function,
- Coordinate relevant improvement workshops on quality tools (5S, FOD, SWOT/risk analysis, etc.) and corresponding Quality Improvement Plans (A3) and associated actions,
- Pilot internal audits, verifying the application of procedures and the conformity of products and facilities to aerospace quality standards (ISO9001, EN9100, EN9120, etc),
- Ensure that customer expectations and requirements are understood and integrated throughout the internal customer-supplier chain,
- Collaborate with the relevant Customer (Airbus, Dassault, Safran, etc) quality assurance representatives and/or the buyers on all issues related to quality,
- Monitor external and internal product non-conformities (follow up of customer complaints, supplier, manufacturing or logistics non-conformities) in the relevant tools (ClientLink, ETQ),
- Participate in the deployment of new ETQ modules for the site and supporting the adoption of new/modified EMEA procedures within the site.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, education, or experience required for the position)
Qualified to a Bachelor Degree level in Quality Assurance or a related subject or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Knowledge of sealants and coatings chemistry and technology is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of directly applicable Quality Assurance experience.
Good knowledge and understanding of all relevant Quality Management Systems, national and international quality standards, including the EN/AS9100 and EN/AS9120 Aerospace Standards.
Internal auditor experience essential, Aerospace Lead Auditor preferred.
Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Quality / Improvement tools and processes, including Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving techniques (A3, 8D/9S), 5S methodology, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention and experience of their application.
Ability to create, read, interpret and implement specifications, quality standards, work instructions and regulations is required.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI) and experience with deployment of QMS software (ETQ Reliance) preferred.
Must be able to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
