Because Connections Matter De werkplaatstechnicus is verantwoordelijk voor reparatie en buitengebruik stellen van frankeermachines en bijbehorende apparatuur uit diverse landen. Hij/zij zorgt voor strikte naleving van technische processen, draagt bij aan het handhaven van de servicekwaliteitsnormen en werkt samen met de technische en administratieve teams. De technicus speelt een sleutelrol bij het repareren en reactiveren van machines en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct functioneren en voldoen aan de operationele normen, voordat ze opnieuw worden ingezet of definitief buitengebruik worden gesteld.

BELANGRIJKE ACTIVITEITEN

De belangrijkste werk gerelateerde activiteiten zijn als volgt:

• Het diagnosticeren en repareren van frankeermachines en bijbehorende apparatuur volgens de normen en processen van Quadient.

• Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en functionele tests op gerepareerde machines.

• Het beheren van de terugname en retournering van machines uit verschillende landen (België, Nederland, Duitsland, enz.) en het waarborgen van een correcte registratie, traceerbaarheid en administratieve opvolging.

• Het beheren van de voorraad reserveonderdelen en verbruiksartikelen in samenwerking met Back Office en Supply Chain. • Het zorgen voor updates van interventies en de machinestatus in het systeem (aanmaken, afsluiten, rapporteren).

• Het toepassen en respecteren van alle bedrijfsprocedures met betrekking tot veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit.

• Het samenwerken met lokale en regionale serviceafdelingen om de operationele procedures op elkaar af te stemmen.

• Nauw samenwerken met technische ondersteuningsteams voor complexe probleemoplossing of technische validatie.

• Het identificeren en rapporteren van terugkerende storingen of verbetermogelijkheden aan de relevante teams.

• Actief bijdragen aan initiatieven voor continue verbetering binnen de werkplaats.

ARBEIDSVERHOUDINGEN

Interne relaties: Werkplaats- en backofficeteams / Service Operations-teams (Belux, Duitsland, Nederland) / Technische ondersteunings- en kwaliteitsteams / Supply Chain/Logistiek

Externe relaties: Transport- en logistieke dienstverleners (indien van toepassing)

SPECIFIEKE PROFESSIONELE KENNIS

Technische vaardigheden:

• Technische opleiding op VMBO/MBO niveau in elektronica/mechanica of een aanverwante technische richting.

• Kennis van Engels (lezen en schrijven) (of bereidheid om dit te verbeteren door middel van interne training). • Juniorprofiel (pas afgestudeerd) geaccepteerd – interne training wordt aangeboden.

• Heftruck certificaat is een pré.
