Job Summary:<\/b>

We are looking for a highly skilled Techno\-Functional Consultant<\/b> with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics (Finance Module)<\/b>. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in 3\u20134 end\-to\-end implementations<\/b> of MS Dynamics within the Finance Department<\/b>, along with the ability to gather business requirements, configure solutions, and support stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>- Lead and support end\-to\-end implementation<\/b> of Microsoft Dynamics in Finance modules.
<\/li>- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
<\/li> - Configure and customize MS Dynamics Finance features as per business needs.
<\/li> - Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
<\/li> - Provide support in data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
<\/li> - Create functional specifications, technical documentation, and user manuals.
<\/li> - Coordinate with developers for custom development and integrations.
<\/li> - Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and post\-implementation support.
<\/li> - Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in the system.
<\/li> - Ensure compliance with finance processes, reporting, and audit requirements.

Requirements<\/h3>Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/h3>- 4\u20136 years<\/b> of experience as a Techno\-Functional Consultant in MS Dynamics.
<\/li>- Must have completed at least 3\u20134 end\-to\-end MS Dynamics implementations<\/b> in Finance.
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of Finance modules<\/b> (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.).
<\/li>- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.
<\/li> - Good understanding of finance operations and accounting workflows.
<\/li> - Familiarity with integration tools, reporting, and data migration processes.
<\/li> - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross\-functional teams.
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):<\/b>
<\/h3>- MS Dynamics certification is a plus.
<\/li> - Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools is preferred.
<\/li> - Knowledge of SQL or basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
