Technology Manager
Independently engage with business solution teams to understand their requirements for new platform services. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security in accordance with EXL guidelines. Coordinate with other technology teams to integrate new technologies and services, and lead regular performance tuning and troubleshooting sessions. Oversee cloud and VMware infrastructure deployment and optimization on platforms such as AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V, ensuring cost-effectiveness and security compliance. Lead the implementation of high-availability services to minimize downtime during critical scenarios. Additionally, manage upgrade and migration projects to align with EXL security policies.
Understanding, adoption, and adherence to IT Service Management standards in an ITIL framework, including incident/change management
Providing 24x7 Including Weekend Support if necessary
Experienced on windows server administrations 2016, 2019 & above
Windows administration with experience of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, File Server, SMTP, SharePoint, IIS, ADFS, FTP, Tomcat etc.
Patch Management Tool administration like WSUS, SCCM and application deployments.
Infra and application monitoring.
Knowledge of ticketing tool and understanding ITIL process.

Bachelors Degree/ Post Bachelor Degree 8 - 10+ Years
