The Technology Project Manager is a seasoned project management professional responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across the AI & Automation, Data Solutions, and broader IT portfolios. Reporting to the Senior Director, AI & Automation, this role partners closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive structured project execution, proactive risk management, and disciplined scope and schedule control. A critical accountability of the role is producing and presenting a weekly project status report across the AI & Automation and Data Solutions portfolios directly to the CIO, providing executive leadership with timely and accurate visibility into project health, milestones, risks, and decisions required. This individual brings strong foundational project management skills and a commitment to continuous growth, operating effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while embracing coaching and professional development.

- Lead end-to-end project management and drive adoption of consistent project management standards and governance for AI & Automation, Data Solutions, and enterprise IT initiatives, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, resource plans and weekly project status report across the AI & Automation and Data Solutions portfolios to the CIO, surfacing key milestones, risks, issues, and decisions required.
- Facilitate project kick-offs, steering committee meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Identify, track, and proactively escalate project risks and issues; develop and drive mitigation and resolution plans in collaboration with project teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT teams, clinical operations, data engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Partner with the Senior Director, AI & Automation and Senior Director, Data Solutions to align project priorities with strategic objectives and organizational capacity.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation across concurrent teams including charters, decision logs, meeting minutes, capacity planning, resource coordination, and post-project retrospectives.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements through structured stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process workflow mapping to establish clear project scope and acceptance criteria.
- Lead and support vendor selection efforts, including RFP/RFI development, evaluation scorecards, and recommendation presentations, applying industry best practices for technology procurement.
- Support organizational change management activities associated with technology initiatives, including the development and delivery of training materials, stakeholder communications, and adoption plans.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or seven (7) years of equivalent work experience in technology project management.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience managing projects in AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise software domains strongly preferred. Healthcare industry experience a plus.
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies; ability to apply a hybrid approach as the work demands.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to translate complex technical project status into clear, concise executive-level summaries.
- Solid working knowledge of technology concepts including cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI/automation solutions.
- Receptive to coaching and committed to continuous professional development as a project leader.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Project.
