FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

  • Sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers.
  • Search for and attract prescription projects.
  • Customer service (installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies).
  • Monitoring projects from start to finish:
    • Drafting projects.
    • Coordinating the prescribing draughtsman/designer.
    • Preparing, monitoring, and negotiating offers and projects.
  • Preparing, monitoring, and negotiating offers.
  • Relations with developers, builders, and installers depending on the phase of the project.
  • Technical after-sales support: customer service and commissioning of after-sales installations. Technical assistance to the different channels (developer, builder, installer, etc.). Coordination of technical after-sales.
  • Project manager at the construction site (installation monitoring).
  • Support for marketing strategies.
  • Collection management and incident monitoring.
  • Regular management reports (customer visits, offers made, etc.).
  • Intermediation between customers and manufacturing.
  • Customer database manager for your area.
    • Company presentations, catalogs, and products.
    • Customer loyalty.
  • Coordination of technical-commercial training for installers.
