Técnico Eletroeletrônico SR - Brasília/DF

RESPONSABILIDADES
•Realizar as atividades técnicas designadas pela empresa de acordo com os requisitos dos clientes em instalação, manutenção de equipamentos e produtos.
• Melhorar os níveis de disponibilidade dos equipamentos através da execução dos manutenções requeridas.
• Realizar manutenção contínua, preventiva e corretiva, dos equipamentos.
• Cumprir os prazos de atendimento e reparo de acordo com os Acordos de Nível de Serviço (ANS).
• Minimizar o tempo de inatividade dos sistemas e/ou equipamentos do cliente, evitando penalidades ou multas contratuais.
• Prestar suporte e assessoria em processos técnicos relacionados à Instalação de equipamentos, redes e/ou peças de reposição dos produtos oferecidos (ex.: equipamentos).
• Atender prontamente às solicitações dos clientes para tomar decisões operacionais adequadas.
• Garantir o controle de cumprimento nos horários de chegada às atividades programadas e nos tempos de resposta das atividades atribuídas.

QUALIFICAÇÕES

• Desejável 5 a 7 anos de experiência em manutenção de equipamentos elétricos, eletrônicos, mecânicos ou de refrigeração e ar-condicionado de precisão (dependendo da necessidade específica).
• Desejáveis conhecimentos adicionais em instalação, montagem e manutenção de equipamentos mecânicos, elétricos ou eletrônicos, normas industriais, trabalho em altura e plano de gestão ambiental.

EDUCAÇÃO E CERTIFICAÇÕES
• Formação Técnica em áreas como Eletrônica, Elétrica, Mecânica, Civil ou afins.
• Preferencialmente certificações técnicas na disciplina específica.
• Registro ou certificação profissional para execução de atividades de campo.
