PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO:
Responsable del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas de refrigeración (Amoniaco y CO₂), asegurando su óptimo funcionamiento. Realiza diagnósticos, inspecciones y ajustes técnicos, documentando todas las actividades y garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad. Además, brinda soporte técnico especializado para la solución de problemas complejos.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:
1. Realizar las inspecciones y mantenimiento preventivo para evitar fallos y alargar la vida útil de los activos que componen el sistema de refrigeración del Centro de Distribución
2. Identificar, diagnosticar y corregir daños en equipos que componen el sistema de refrigeración del Centro de Distribución
3. Mantener registros de todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas diariamente en la herramienta digital fractal
4. Mantener y cumplir con los estándares de seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad; así como hacer seguimiento al cierre de las acciones levantadas durante las auditoría internas y externas.
5. Proporcionar ocasionalmente capacitación básica a los operadores sobre los estándares y riesgos de la operación con Amoniaco.
6. Realizar labores de trabajo en equipo con sus colegas electricistas y frigoristas cuando la situación lo amerite
7. Llevar el seguimiento a contratistas que realizan labores de mantenimiento en el sistema de refrigeración del Centro de Distribución
LO QUE NECESITAS PARA TENER ÉXITO:
- Toma decisión que involucre mantener la continuidad del proceso o de detenerlo en el caso que ponga en riesgo la seguridad de las personas y de las instalaciones, del medio ambiente o la seguridad del consumidor.
- Levantamiento de necesidades como: materiales e insumos necesarios para garantizar la disponibilidad de los activos.
HABILIDADES, EXPERIENCIAS Y CUALIFICACIONES:
- Tecnólogo en refrigeración / Mecánico / Eléctrico
- Experiencia deseable 2 años como técnico de mantenimiento de equipos de refrigeración con amoníaco
